The Perry Cross Foundation (hereinafter referred to as 'The Foundation') is bound by new sections of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 which sets out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information.

This Privacy Act Statement sets out important information about privacy protections we extend to your personal information. This statement relates to personal information that you provide to The Foundation via its Website.

We seek to provide the best possible service to our beneficiaries by providing the best possible information and assessment of beneficiaries that serve our common goal of raising funds for research into a cure for paralysis. The Foundation understands how important it is to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy as we recognize that any personal information we may collect about you will only be used for the purposes indicated in our policy. The Foundation is an organization that raises funds via donations and other activities in an effort to build the awareness and raise funds for research and vital equipment in the endeavour to find a cure for paralysis.

The Foundation may retain the content of any email message you send to it. Any personal information contained in your message will only be disclosed in ways set out in this policy. Your message content may be monitored by our service providers or agents of The Foundation for trouble shooting, compliance auditing and maintenance purposes or where email abuse is suspected.
